While many providers will force you to submit your details before giving away their pricing, at iBase, we like to do things differently. Our DAM pricing is based on how the system is delivered and the scale of the repository, not on withholding functionality:

- On-premises licence – from £5,950
- Custom portals and integrations – scoped to the project
Cloud subscription
Cloud hosting is the simplest route for many organisations. The monthly subscription is shaped by the storage you need and includes hosting, security, support and initial online training to help your team get the most out of iBase.
All iBase systems can make use of the platform’s DAM functionality. The right configuration depends on your users, assets, metadata, workflows and public-facing requirements.
On-premises
With cloud subscriptions, set-up, hosting and security are rolled into one. However, some clients simply want our software installed on their own servers. That’s where our on-premises option comes into play.
For a single payment of £5,950, we can install iBase on an environment of your choice. That could be your internal servers or within your own cloud environment – AWS or Microsoft for instance. Once we’ve installed the system and shown you the ropes, there’s no additional payments and the amount of storage you use is up to you.
Which is best for you?
With iBase, you’re free to choose the option that’s best for your business – both in terms of your requirements and your budget. Cloud subscriptions are comprehensive, hassle-free and ideal for organisations that want hosting handled for them.
However, if you already have internal servers or a cloud hosting package, it makes sense to invest in our on-premises option. We would always recommend getting a feel for our software beforehand though.
